Create or choose your workspace
A workspace is the main boundary for your Links, Analytics, domains, integrations and settings.
What belongs to a workspace
The selected workspace controls:
- Links
- Activity Groups
- Analytics
- Offline Engagement
- domains
- integrations
- API keys
- plan limits
Choose the correct workspace
When you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the application header before creating or reviewing activity.
Check that the workspace name shown in the header is the one you intend to use.
Naming workspaces
Use a name that your team will recognise, such as:
- Cops & Coffee
- Cops & Coffee Events
- Jawwws Bytes
- Summer Market Campaigns
Avoid unnecessary workspaces
Do not create a workspace for every individual Link.
Use tags and Activity Groups to organise connected work inside one workspace.
