The fastest route to value in Bytes is to create one well-configured Link and use it in a real activity.
The core workflow
- Choose the workspace where the activity belongs.
- Create a Link to the destination you want people to visit.
- Add a channel and UTM values that explain where the Link will be used.
- Use the short URL online or download its QR code for physical use.
- Watch the basic dashboard metrics.
- Use paid Analytics when you need deeper insight.
A practical example
Imagine Cops & Coffee is promoting a weekend event.
It creates one Link for the event page, adds campaign values, uses the QR code on counter cards and places the connected activity inside an Activity Group.
Before you publish
Confirm that:
- the correct workspace is selected
- the destination is live
- the short Link redirects correctly
- the channel and UTM values are meaningful
- the QR code has been physically tested
