PRINTING United Business Card Challenge
The PRINTING United Business Card Challenge is a lightweight Bytes Event Pass activity for measurable business cards.
If your Event Pass workspace creates an Offline Engagement asset with the Business card asset type during the campaign period, that card is included automatically. There is no separate challenge entry form and the card does not need to be printed or ordered through Bytes.
How scoring works
The challenge ranks eligible cards by human interactions.
Bytes uses the existing Link, Offline Engagement and Analytics data behind the card rather than maintaining a separate challenge counter. Normal Bytes Link-attribution windows still apply if the Link attached to a card changes.
Traffic classified as bot activity by the normal Bytes measurement pipeline is excluded from the challenge score.
The challenge closes at 23:59:59 UTC on 31 October 2026. Interactions after that point can still appear in normal Link or Offline Engagement Analytics, but they do not change the final challenge result.
Final standings are available from 1 November 2026.
See your workspace standings
Open your authenticated PRINTING United Event Pass page. The Business Card Challenge section shows each eligible card in your workspace with:
- its campaign rank;
- its human interaction count;
- whether your business is currently shown on the public leaderboard.
Your card is scored whether or not you choose public display.
Public display is optional
A workspace owner or administrator can turn on Show my business publicly for an eligible card.
Public display includes only:
- your workspace/business display name;
- the card's real campaign rank;
- its human interaction count.
It does not publish the measured Link, destination URL, card name, user names, email addresses, visitor identities, IP hashes or private Analytics dimensions.
Turning public display off removes the business from the public standings without deleting or disabling the underlying Link, QR code, Offline Engagement asset or Analytics history.
Because private participants keep their real campaign rank, the public leaderboard can contain gaps. For example, a publicly visible business can appear at rank 2 even when rank 1 has chosen not to be named publicly.
Public leaderboard
The public standings appear on the Bytes PRINTING United campaign page. Only businesses that have explicitly enabled public display are named there.
The public leaderboard does not link directly to a competing measured card Link, so viewing the leaderboard cannot inflate that card's score.
Recognition, not a paid competition
The first Business Card Challenge is for recognition and campaign exposure. There is no financial or high-value prize and no paid entry mechanic.
Any future prize-based competition would require a separate commercial and legal decision with appropriate published terms.
